How do I return an item?

e-Media Depot backs all the products we sell with a 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise noted.

Returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • e-Media Depot will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused upon return to our warehouse. 
  • An RMA number must be obtained no latter than 30 days after the product is shipped.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 15 days only.
  • All products must be returned in original condition with all packaging, instructions, and accessories intact.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns with damaged packaging or missing materials plus any cost of replacing the missing items.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to open non-defective media.
  • Media returns are accepted as full spindles only.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to partial spindle media returns. Replacement media is not available for partial spindle returns.
  • Primera, Microboards, products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • e-Media Depot will not accept returns which have been physically damaged or mishandled.
  • All returns must be shipped prepaid using a carrier which provides tracking and delivery confirmation. e-Media Depot is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in shipping.
  • If the RMA is a result of a shipping error on our part, an return label pre-paid by us will be provided.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to process refunds.
  • Refunds will be credited only to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
Exceptions

The following manufacturers' products may not be exchanged or returned to us once the merchandise is opened.  If you have a defective product from the following manufacturer, it is handled directly by the manufacturer.  Please see the list below for phone number or a link to their website.
